SHARON TPA

  • Hello from the Sharon TPA!   Another school year is upon us! We hope everyone had a great summer and are ready for another great year at Sharon Community School!

The Sharon TPA meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm in the school library. (9/5, 10/3, 11/7, 12/5, 1/2, 2/6, 3/6, 4/3, 5/1, 6/5)  Parent and Teacher participation are welcome and greatly appreciated!

MOVIE NIGHT: Friday, September 22nd, Friday, October 13th and Friday, November 17th.

Sharon TPA will again this year be hosting monthly movie nights with the help of The Bigfoot Recreation! As always we greatly appreciate all who participate. We would like to remind all attendees that the same rules apply this year for all attendees. Be respectful of other movie attendees, clean up after yourselves, no cell phone usage during movies, no fidget spinners or other toys allowed. If you leave the school during the movie you will not be allowed back in to the movie. Doors open at 5:40pm and movie starts at 6:00pm. Movies usually run 70-80 minutes. Concessions will be sold. Entrance fee is $1.00 per person or $5.00 per family.

Cherrydale Fundraiser: Kick-off assembly will be held on Tuesday, September 19th.   All order forms and money (Checks made payable to Sharon TPA) are due on Thursday, October 5th.  Delivery of all products will be on Friday, November 3rd from 1-5pm.

Prizes again this year will feature a Kalahari overnight stay for selling 50 items and limo ride for selling 20 items !!!!!!!!

Sharon TPA will once again be partnering with CherryDale (formally Chip Shoppe) for the annual fall fundraiser. Again we greatly appreciate all who participate! The proceeds from the fundraiser help to provide Sharon Community School, students and teachers throughout the year in various ways. Fieldtrips, classroom supplies, student incentives, band scholarships, graduation activities, end of the year party and teacher appreciation are just a few. We do not recommend door to door sales! Please only sell to family, friends, co-workers etc. Every little bit helps so even if each student at Sharon Community School participated selling 10 items, can make a huge difference towards helping for this school year!!! Also the top selling classrooms will receive $50 to use at the Book Fair! A Limo Ride for selling 20 items and Kalahari overnight stay for selling 50 items are some of the great prizes this year!!!!
